A Punjabi Kitchen in earlier times when ladies used to cook food. Now also in villages there are open kitchen as shown in picture where ladies cook. Shown in picture in place of site there is called chullah made of soil on it cooking utensils are kept. There were many things earlier which have now been replaced. Some were Kundi-Sota(replace by Mixer) used to make thin paste of methi(Fenugreek), pudeena(Mint), Dhaniya(coriander) and other green leaf vegetables to make gravy and other eatables.
